Summary: When I scheduled the stay, I was offered an option to prepay for breakfast. This seemed convenient so i chose to do so. However when we arrived at the hotel to check in at 9:30 at night, we were handed a voucher to ise for room service and told that it had to be used in the next 30 minutes as the kitchen was closing. I informed them that I purchased the prepaid breakfast and was told that it could not be ised on the day of checkout. So for a 1 night stay, i was robbed of my prepaid breakfast. I will be requesting a refund. Aside from that the hotel was nice. But I feel like they scammed me so I will not be returning.

Summary: Fantastic stay at The Otis. Such an ideal location in downtown right by the university campus. The rooftop bar has quite a view and delicious cocktails. The restaurant at the hotel - Acre 41 - is a must visit. All of the dishes ordered by our party were excellent. We booked a King room with a view, which is recommended. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
